Enjoy a Sunday morning full of play and fun with your family at the gym! Our gymnasium will be set up as a jungle gym featuring climbing apparatus, mini-trampolines, tunnels and a variety of other fun items for you and your children to explore. FREE for Members! Kinderbounce Parent and Tot (Ages 1- 3 years)
Offered in partnership with Open Style Karate Academy, Open Style Mixed Martial Arts blends styles that incorporate traditional art forms with the most innovative techniques of modern day karate. The mechanical principles, technical aspects and psychological elements are based on the ancient art of hand-to-hand combat.
Dance Trix is a specialized program designed to get youth and teens fit while having acrobatic fun. Several different techniques are used to teach acrobatic skills at the beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. Learn how to do handstands, cartwheels, bridges, limbers, front and back walkovers and much more. A large focus of the program is on improving flexibility, strength, coordination and power - all through through conditioning.
Improve basketball fundamentals and learn new skills with individual attention from our experienced coaches. Stay fit and make new friends. All levels welcome.
Join this fun, fast-paced class to develop great floor hockey skills! A coach will teach your child the fundamentals of hockey in a safe, team-oriented environment. Non-contact. All levels welcome.
The Toronto Academy of Karate offers classes with a careful balance of challenge and fun in a safe, non-violent environment. Children develop lifelong skills of fitness, health strength, discipline, concentration and confidence.
New Fitness Centre members ages 13-17 MUST complete this session to use the fitness floor. Learn how to safely execute a basic full-body workout while learning proper names of muscle groups. Graduates receive a workout program card and a bracelet indicating completion.
