gravity3A unique and innovative way to functionally train your muscles while using the one constant force acting against us every day – gravity! In as little as 45 minutes, you can experience a full body strength/endurance workout with a strong emphasis on functional core strength. All classes are led by a certified personal trainer and are similar to a small group training session.

Drop-in or 10-class passes available for purchase. Only eight spaces are available in each class on a first come, first served basis.
