NEW! KAMA Movement

kamaWelcome to KAMA – a new workout for women! While Yoga and Pilates develop the abdominal core, KAMA shifts our attention lower down, to the ever-important pelvic core region and focuses on contracting the muscles without major joint movement. Much like Yoga, proper breathing technique is essential. Dr. Melissa Hershberg, a practicing physician, fitness enthusiast and best-selling author of two books, The Hershberg Diet and The Rebel Diet is excited to be teaching this new specialty fitness class at the MNjcc.
