A unique and innovative way to functionally train your muscles while using the one constant force acting against us every day: Gravity! In as little as forty-five minutes, you can experience a full body strength/endurance workout with a strong emphasis on functional core strength. All classes are led by our certified personal trainers similar to a small group training session.

For a less intense workout, a lighter 10-week progressive Gravity class is also available.

The Gravity Group Training schedule is posted on our web site. Drop in or 10 class pass available for purchase.

Only eight spaces are available in each class on a first come, first served basis. Participants must obtain a token from the Fitness Desk 15 minutes prior to the start of the class.
