Q: How do I register for group or private lessons?

A: Group lesson registration is done through the Information Desk at 416-924-6211, x 0.  Private lesson registration is done by completing a registration form.  These forms are available online, at the Information Desk and in the Aquatics Office.  Payment using VISA, Master Card, cheques or cash (in person) is required to secure your registration.

Q: When can I register for group or private lessons?

A: Member registration for the fall 2010 session begins on Wednesday, August 18th at 8:00am, and non-member registration begins on Wednesday, August 25th at 8:00am.

Q: I really liked the instructor my child had last session. Can I get the same instructor again?

A: All of our swim instructors at Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre are top notch!  Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate instructor requests for group lessons.  You may, however, request a specific instructor for private lessons.  We will do our best to match each participant with their requested instructor or someone with a similar teaching style.

Q. What if my child misses a few classes or I have to cancel my lessons all together? Will I get a refund or a credit for future lessons or programs?

A: The Aquatics department at Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre department recognizes that your schedule might change for an unforeseen reason.  Private lesson participants who registered for 5 or more lessons are eligible for one make-up lesson per session.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer make-up lessons for our group lesson participants.

Program Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Refunds or credits are available if a program registrant withdraws one week prior to program/class start with a $25 cancellation fee.  The MNjcc is not responsible for classes missed due to illness or personal emergencies.  The MNjcc cannot retroactively refund the difference between member and non-member prices.
