a Customer Accounts Clerk.
The Customer Accounts Clerk is responsible for validating and processing all membership cancellation and freeze requests.
The position, reporting to the Billing Manager, is a part time position of approximately 25 to 30 hours per week.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring online cancellation and freeze requests
Validating all cancellation and freeze requests
Processing all requests in our database, Spectrum Member Management
Notifying customers of the status of their requests within specified timeline
Liaise with Membership Sales Manager for all requests outside of policy
Other administrative duties
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing daily internal data update requests
Other administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES
Accuracy in data entry
Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Computer literacy is a must; experience in MS Office an asset
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in a face paced environment
A team player with a well developed ability to work independently
