a Customer Accounts Clerk.

The Customer Accounts Clerk is responsible for validating and processing all membership cancellation and freeze requests.

The position, reporting to the Billing Manager, is a part time position of approximately 25 to 30 hours per week.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring online cancellation and freeze requests
  • Validating all cancellation and freeze requests
  • Processing all requests in our database, Spectrum Member Management
  • Notifying customers of the status of their requests within specified timeline
  • Liaise with Membership Sales Manager for all requests outside of policy
  • Other administrative duties

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing daily internal data update requests
  • Other administrative duties

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES

  • Accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literacy is a must; experience in MS Office an asset
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment
  • A team player with a well developed ability to work independently
